Batagor Kuah

Bahan:

  1. Tenggiri dan ayam cincang: 400 gr
  2. Bawang putih halus: 1 sdt
  3. Tepung tapioka: 200 gr
  4. Air 50 gr
  5. Garam
  6. Merica
  7. Daun bawang

Cara Membuat:

  1. Batagor: Campur semua bahan, masukkan ke dalam tahu. Goreng sampai kecoklatan.
  2. Kuah: Kaldu rebusan daging/kaldu instan bubuk, bawang putih, garam, lada, daun bawang direbus sampai mendidih.
  3. Masukkan batagor ke dalam kuah.
