Tuna Cheese Curry Bread

Bahan — Dough:

  1. Tepung protein tinggi 320 gr
  2. Telur 1/2 (26 gr)
  3. Air 80 cc
  4. Butter 25 gr
  5. Curry powder 1 sdt
  6. Gula 1,5 sdm
  7. Garam 1 sdt
  8. Ragi 1 sdt

Bahan — Isi:

  1. Keju block: 160 gr
  2. Tuna kaleng (tiriskan minyaknya) 1 klg (80 gr)
  3. Curry powder 1 sdt
  4. Bawang bombai cincang 60 gr (1/2 ukuran sedang)

Bahan — Topping:

  1. Parsley
  2. Keju parmesan bubuk

Cara Membuat:

  1. Tuang semua bahan adonan ke bread maker (pilih mode adonan) atau uleni sampai kalis.
    bagi 2 adonan, pipihkan segi empat tuang filing lalu gulung, bagi 4-8.
  2. Masukkan cetakan atau aluminium cup. Proofing 20 menit, oles telur, tabur parsley & keju parmesan. Panggang 200°C selama 16 menit.
