Cheese and Sausage Roll

Sebenarnya ini resep karena kehabisan telur, tapi ternyata teksturnya enak. Dicatat supaya ngga lupa. Filling bisa diganti dengan cinnamon butter, green tea almond atau apa aja.


  1. Strong flour 300 gr
  2. Sugar 50 gr
  3. Butter/margarine 50 gr
  4. Dry yeast 3 gr
  5. Milk 170 gr
  6. Salt 1 tsp

Bahan — Filling:

  1. Cheddar cheese 60 gr (dice)
  2. Sausage 2 pcs (cut into 4 lengthwise)

Cara Membuat:

  1. Put all of the ingredients in your bread maker (choose dough mode). Or mix and knead the ingredients until smooth and not sticky.
  2. First proofing: 30 min.
  3. Divide the dough into 2 portions, round them and let them rest for 10 min. Don’t forget to cover them with wet cloth.
  4. Take 1 portion of the dough, make a 25cmx20cm square. Put half of the filling, roll them together. Cut into 6.
  5. Put on the baking pan of baking cup.
  6. Second proofing: 40 min. Heat the oven 190°C.
  7. Spread some powder cheese (i use parmesan) and chopped parsley.
  8. Bake: 190°C for 10 min and 180°C for 5-8 min.
