Burger buns & patties were made from the scratch. The buns was the best I’ve ever tasted. ^_^
Bahan — Burger bun:
- Strong flour 200 gr
- Sugar 1 tbsp
- Salt 1 tsp
- Margarine 20 gr
- Fresh milk 140-150 ml
- Dry yeast 3 gr
- Mix everything, knead until smooth.
- Proofing 40°C 20 min.
- Punch, divide (5 or 6), round & rest 10 min.
- Roll the dough to 12 cm (diameter).
- Proofing 40C 20 min.
- Glaze with egg, sprinkle sesame.
- Bake 190C, 12-13 min.
