Baked Oyster Gratin

Waktu belanja kemarin, nemu tiram yg masih bercangkang dengan harga yg ngga masuk akal murahnya: 10 tiram hanya 200 yen. Nekat beli padahal belum pernah ngebuka cangkang tiram sendiri. Dan, ternyata susah bgt ngebukanya. Setelah cangkang terbuka sih gampang lah, tinggal disiram white sauce, topping Keju dan parsley.

Bahan — White sauce:

  1. Chopped onion 1/2
  2. Butter 2 tbsp
  3. Flour 2 tbsp
  4. Milk 300 ml
  5. Salt
  6. Pepper
  7. Consommé powder
  8. Dried parsley
  9. Melted cheese

Cara Membuat:

  1. Prepare white sauce.
  2. Melt the butter, stir onion until soft.
  3. Add flour, mix wel.
  4. Add milk (divide into 2-3 times), add salt, pepper, consommé.
  5. Cook until the sauce thicken.
  6. Pour the lwhite sauce on the oyster, put some cheese & parsley.
  7. Baked 200°C for 15 min.
