Acar Toge ala Cina & Tumis Teri Paprika

Bahan — Acar toge ala Cina (Chukafu-moyashi):

  1. Toge (moyashi) secukupnya
  2. Sosis iris tipis secukupnya
  3. Timun iris tipis secukupnya
  4. Ponzu 2 sdm
  5. Gula 1 sdm
  6. Minyak wijen secukupnya

Cara Membuat — Seasoning acar toge ala Cina (Chukafu-moyashi):

  1. Rebus toge dan tiriskan.
  2. Tumis sosis sebentar.
  3. Aduk/microwave campuran ponzu, gula, dan minyak wijen sampai gula larut.
  4. Tuang dan campur dengan sayuran dan sosis.

Bahan — Tumis teri paprika (Jyako-piman itame):

  1. Teri goreng (Jyako) secukupnya
  2. Paprika iris tipis secukupnya
  3. Tsuyu (shoyu + gula) 2 sdm
  4. Minyak goreng secukupnya

Cara Membuat — Tumis teri paprika (Jyako-piman itame):

  1. Tumis semua bahan sampai paprika matang.
  2. Sajikan.
